I walked in a street one night and when i 'm in front of the window (ground floor), i heard that.
This time, these are the raw recordings ( if someone can make them better...)

I don t know the language, if someone ca translate.

Interesting recordings. What country is this? Sounds like they’re speaking Russian, I can make out some words, and she says "Yes" in response to his angry shouting on the phone - but I’m still not 100% sure what’s going on, it can be arguing. Maybe someone can clean up these recordings.
What did you think was happening there when you heard it live? What exactly did you heard?
