I think both around 35 years old. Recorded with Iphone. Can anyone amplify and remove the noise??

I have another good one, ( which is better ) from the same couple. But need to transfer it from iPhone to pc without my wife can trace. ( same apple id, she sometimes looks in my Phone lol
