Benstrirling, it has all been written in the post you quoted. Please follow the link given to ccbill api and see the recent rates. In US Dollar it is always 19,95$, in EUR it is 18,39€ today but will change due to exchange rates.

Next time please follow the instructions. Do not calculate the exchange rate yourself but use CCBill prices by following the given link.
