Hello. I want to subscribe to the archive. But somehow I can't do it through the website, it says an error. Is there any other way to get to it now? Thank you

Then you did not enter the correct credentials, probably. I just logged in using your username/password combination and it works fine. I will send another pm - please copy and paste username and password.

I need to Pay every month or is it only one time and unlock archive for ever?

At CCBill there are three options: access for 1 month, 2 month or 6 month - you can also choose between these options when you use PayPal.
