CCBill is the worst piece of pure garbage I have ever had the misfortune of encountering, you need to reconsider you use of this site as your payment processor... it is simply awful!

They are doing a great job for the site and they provide a great customer support if you contact them.
But there seem to be ongoing problems with the new UK rules for adult websites. I know it works but seems to be not too easy to do.
It would be great if you could describe your experience so I can talk to CCBill.

I purchased a PrePaid Credit Card in order to subscribe using CCBill. All the information matches what is on the account. I tried several different virtual card providers. The error messages are incomprehensible with no indication as to the source of the problem. No matter what I do CC Bill gets declined. Now I lost $25 because of this scam, the money is stuck and it can't be spent. This is a classic bait-and-switch move, used to defraud unsuspecting users of their money.

Did you talk to CCBill support (chat recommended) before making such accusations? I work with them since 20 years and they have high standards and I have had great experiences. Your accusations may show your frustration but nonetheless are sheer nonsense.

I talk to them via support chat and they said, you need to talk to the site owner to use a different payment method. Right now I am still waiting to recover the lost $25 spent on the virtual card. It has been blocked by the provider due to too many attempts. Is there a way to use cryptocurrency like bitcoin to pay for a subscription. I don't think my statements are "nonesense", if there are so many people who have a hard time with these online payment systems. A google search of "cc bill declined" shows how many people experience difficulty with this system.

Thank you for talking to their support.

Yes, there are a lot of declines but there is also a lot of fraud going on and it is CCBill task to prevent this. Lots of people seem to be unable to type their data like stated on the credit card, others try to use made-up names ... I usually see the reason for declines and there are a lot of the reasons described. Plus the new rules for adult sites in the uk, plus blocked countries or cards that are not accepted.

At least this sentence is nothing but nonsense. You will be hard pressed to find a credit card billing company for adult sites that is more reputable than CCBill.

Sorry that your prepaid card doesn´t work here but who can be blamed for that? Did anybody state these kind of card would work? I never used one, so I don`t know what is usual.

When I search for "cc bill declined" I find mostly results where CCBill explains why payments get declined, so another aspect of their caring for clients. Some time ago, I searched for bad ratings that were given to CCBill and almost all of them were users who didn`t even understand the basics of online payments. Not that I think you are one of those.

Besides regular credit cards via CCBill there is only the option to use PayPal here. Crypto didn´t work when I offered the option as there was less than one transaction per year.

Well I think it is normal for some people who want to enjoy this site, anonymously, to want to explore alternative payment methods for discretion and privacy. It is entirely possible that the problem is not with CC Bill and not the prepaid virtual card provider. All I can say is, none of these electronic payment processing services provide truly "outstanding" customer support. I think perhaps they may provide better support for the customer, meaning the site operator, but they don't really give very helpful information beyond "your card was declined". I think this is why you should consider allowing alternatives such as crypto, which offer much faster processing, cut out the middleman, and allow for privacy and discretion for all parties involved. I regret if there was any frustration on my part, but I still strongly believe these middlemen like CC-Bill offer very little value, they simply skim off the top, with no real benefit to either the customer or the vendor.

I would be happy to send .002 BTC in exchange for access to the site archives, it is worth at least the amount being charged by CC-Bill !
