It does not enlarge by saving ... I cannot get any information out of the picture even by enlarging it to maximum other than there is a USB stick and a house. Is it just me?

It's pretty hard to see even at 500% zoom, but the picture is about lowering a usb recorder attached to a string to the window below. Litterally sound fishing

I'm not sure you're going to get the revelation you're after. Through squinting at the screen, as far as I can make out the "tutorial" involves lowering a USB the size of a 5-year-old child down to the window below. Not exactly James Bond, but appreciate the effort of the graphic.
