got this on Members trying to upload a file. (Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached.) What does that mean?

That means that we reached the limit for file attachments of 300mb. I will move some files to the archives so that there is space for new files. I have been away followed by two days of illness so some of my work had to wait. This will be fixed by no later than tomorrow.
