Usually this forum this community is sound-based with MP3 being the best format in terms of compatibility. MP4 would also be fine though.
In case you don't know how to extract only the audio part from your vids just post the full video and some of our members here will take care of it.

hy admin. thank for your answer. no problem.as we are in blindness we prefer sound such as you I think. We only have 3 videos prety soft (above all regarding what we did in our audio xd) and fue pictures, same something like 3 4

Which format is it in? Besides mp4 there are different video formats possible, for example avi, m4a, mpg, mpeg and wmv.

After a very long time, thers is the video hope that will be in the normall player else as am not expert of video formating I don't know what should be wrong.
