Would it be possible for you to upload as soundfile like mp3 or m4a? Your mov clips contain only sound so nothing would be lost but you would have to upload only 1% of the file size and members could listen online in the forum without downloading.

I need an app on iOS. Can only do it on my phone.

If you record on an iOS system, it would be the easiest solution to use a sound recording app instead of the camera. No need to convert anything. Many members here do so on an iPhone but I can't recommend an app for iOS. I never used this.

iPhones have a Recordier as pre instaled App Voicememos.
