Risky stairwell - Madrid

A few days ago, I saw my neighbor from two floors above coming down the stairs, and all my alarms went off. She's a new neighbor, and I've run into her a couple of times when I've been left breathless, especially one day when she was dressed to go out for the evening, wearing a tight miniskirt that showed off her stunning, endless legs and sculpted body. She's about 25 years old, with light brown hair, blue eyes, and an Andalusian accent.
Last night I couldn't sleep and I saw that the light was on in her house, so I took a chance and went up to the landing to leave a device nearby, under the doormat. I could tell she was with someone, as I could hear a conversation (part of which I have left out to improve the context). Apparently they were talking about a jealousy issue after a previous breakup.
It was the first time I had done this and I had a lot of doubts, so I went back up shortly afterwards and was pleasantly surprised to hear sexual sounds. The initial part was light kissing and when I arrived it was practically at its climax.
What can I say... my temples were throbbing with excitement. Although it was almost four in the morning, as it was early Friday morning, I was afraid that a neighbor might show up. It's one of the most exciting experiences I've ever had, and here I leave it for you, hoping that you'll enjoy it.

Yes, I thought a neighbor was entering the building and I run downstairs.

My dear friend, stairs are never dangerous, but the danger lies in how you approach them (just kidding). It would be nice, or even better, to listen to the full audio, because you captured a complex and complete scenario. I want to thank you for your generosity and effort. Hello, everyone!
I just uploaded in the first post the file again, without any cuts except for one part where I moved the recorder. This way, you can hear the previous conversation better (no personal data is involved).
In short, she seems to be reproaching him for not appearing in a video of a party he attended with friends, and she must think he was with another girl.
God save us from jealous and possessive people. Although if they fuck you and are as hot as this girl, maybe it's worth making an exception.
Tonight I'll try to catch something, let's see if I get lucky.

You are wellcome! Considering the flat having a similar distribution to mine I don't think so. I guess I was lucky and the couple let the bedroom door opened.
