Hardware for indoor recording

My setup: Recently I overheard sex noise from the neighbors next to my office. I won't be able to record during the day but I need a device I can start in the evenings and stop the next morning or after a weekend. It's my office and I work alone but I have patients coming in that's why I cannot record during the day. BUT that also means at night I can simply place the recorder close to the wall. It can be an obvious device.
Is there anything good for a reasonable price under 100€??
Cheers

This may be outdated (but I don't think so): Many of us, myself included, have had good experiences with one of the Olympus LS recorders. The current price range seems to be around €100-200, which is slightly above your price range. I have the LS5 since many years.
