Old Apartment Block down the road

I was walking the Dog the other day and overheard some tapping in a regular rhythm coming from a boarded up door on the other side of the road so I decided to go over and see what was happening and sure enough i heard some faint moaning in tune with the tapping.
As the door was boarded up i was a little confused but apparently this is a new Apartment development in an old disused building on my regular walking route. There was a nice Lip with a half inch gap under the board covering the door which allowed me to place my recorder under there and be completely hidden form view (Busy Street). I left it there for a few days then recovered it to see if i had managed to capture anything and oh boy i was not disappointed!
It sounds like a fairly young couple lives there definitely <25 years old and the go at it hard!
There is no regular timing to their sessions so i have to filter through hours of recordings to find them and also be warned the recordings are made at the side of a public road so there is a fair amount of background noise from local restaurants as businesses but i did go though and delete the sounds of passing Trucks and Cars.

Sounds like a goldmine! The night one was especially good here. If you need any help checking long footage, just ask, I've gotten pretty fast at that over the years.

The recorder is there as we speak it has around 4 days battery life so im gonna go get it tomorrow and go though the recordings! Hopefully i get something.

Further Update,
Recovered my device last night and had a quick sit down to go through the files And have managed to learn more about the couple and their habits.
The Flat appears to be rented by the female and she has a boyfriend who doesn't seem to have a regular work pattern hence the random times where action is occurring.
2 Further captures from the last placement One at around half 12:30am to 1am start of which i left an half an hour of chit chat and foreplay in the recording before the action starts! If anyone wants to make a transcript feel free!
The other was Midday the next day these two are like rabbits.... Still don't know what they look like.
I have Purchased another Recording device so i am able to record 24/7 by just swapping the recorders every 4 days!

May I ask which recording device you are using? The quality (especially of the night sessions) seems quite descent.

I use this and set it to no voice detection so it's an open mic all the time. Charge lasts about 4 days

I will certainly try. Unfortunately the recorder is on the street outside under a gap in an old door. I found out that the developer put plasterboard over the door and made that the bedroom/studio room. Im amazed how well the sound carries through but there is a lot of street noise that i try to take out without loosing the action.
That being said Heres a recent quick session before a world cup game!

I agree that this is becoming an all time classic thread: the setup is amazing! Plasterboard over a door! What a crazy opportunity!
Not only is the sound quality really good, the couple are delightful - it’s wonderful that both of them are so vocal, and are enjoying each other so delightfully.
