Sorry for this start ... can you tell us which audio format and how big?

You could try another browser or delete your browser cache and cookies for ssl before uploading another time. This may help.

The audio file I uploaded is in m4a format and is 67MB in size. I have tried switching browsers (on mobile), but the problem still persists.

So far I have only received an email with a link that leads to a 0 bytes attachment ... we'll have to wait a little longer.
