Urgently seeking PHP skills

Hey folks,
once in a while I encounter a problem I am not able to solve on my own.
As usual it is a technical problem, probably to be solved easily by a PHP expert.
I am seeking for a solution to allow accessing a website only from one url. I know about a possible http referrer solution but as not all user allow referrers to be sent, this would be second best. An old php script is available but it does not work as expected.
