This is a new female neighbour at another floor. I have not seen here so far but only heard her talking inside her apartment. By the way, I think this guy is not her permanent boyfriend, but rather someone she has picked up very recently, because at 2:30 she asks him twice (directly after having sex): "24 bist du?" (You are 24 years old?) and he replies at 2:49 "Ja, wieso? Glaubst du ich bin älter oder wie?" (Yes, did you guess me older?). I have a bit the impression she is a bit frustrated because she expected "more" from a 24 old guy But despite the high quality I do not understand too much of the rest of the talking...

Yes, you are right, the boy seems to be one-night-stand, its really a pity he came so fast and they fell aleep. She is clearly a student and in the same age. Its difficult for me to monitor her since I have a full time Job and cannot stay up so long during the week.

yeah its true she has an heavy austrian accent, I think oberösterreichischer Akzent, but not everone speaks likte that it, ist mostly people from rural Areas or small towns.
