A frustrating blast from the not so distant past (Lucy)

OK so Father Christmas brought me a new computer so I have started going through the recordings and transferring them over. I found this, which I never posted on here as at the time there was a lot going on in RL. That, and after hearing the file again, I still want to kill the other neighbours son and his mate.
Brief history: 9th July 2017 @ 22.50hrs*. Lucy and hubby going to bed and window open. I know there's no kids to interrupt as me and my Mrs were babysitting. Recorder set up and ten minutes later they are going for it. Literally just as they become audible my other side neighbour and mate come back in his stupid pimped up "Bananamobile" (he hand painted it - with a paint roller - dayglo yellow and that's what he calls it!) and proceeds to sit there with his mate for an hour! Drowned out the majority of Lucy & hubby, woke up the baby at ours and also caused hubby to slam the window shut. Wasn't long after that when they moved rooms. Think this was the last loud Lucy recordings I have. All the ones since I have heard (not recorded) are just sighs.
I've cut this from a longer recording and I've a sneaky suspicion that Audacity has "overclocked" the bitrate on the mp3. If anyone has problems then I'll repost the file at original quality.
**Headphone wearers beware**
