I was traveling to Japan for business as I quite frequently do and I met this smoking hot Thai girl that was in the office I visited. It was her birthday! So i gave her a present! This was in Japan so it is a very different culture. I have been to Thailand and where I went I didn't see any of that. I know some areas in Bangkok are like that. Its actually incredibly beautiful

Just to address this, there is nothing to be worried about.
particular fish from Fukushima are under a strict ban regardless of contamination so even if the radiation wasn't an event, they would not be fished regardless. I have been to japan multiple times in multiple locations since the problems with the plant and nothing is different, nor is it an issue.
I know a few plant workers both in and out of Japan and they all share the opinion that radiation is largely misunderstood by the public and is something people are way too scared about
