How the Future Can Effect SSL?

So I remember when we used to be able to post pictures of hotel captures, and now - even though technically you could from the side or back and blur identifying features, noone really does this anymore.
My worry is on the voice end of things. Right now, as long as we're careful to listen to the content of conversations we can generally add in foreplay and postcoital pillow talk as an experience enhancement.
I just hope the voice identification tech doesn't get so advanced that someone could cut and paste a pillowtalk sample to discover the identities of those we record. Would be a shame if in the future we had to reduce the content of this site back to grunting and giggling samplets. rather than the amazing full sessions people are posting now..

I sure hope not, Gekko. Hearing a fun seduction, foreplay and pillow chat is what sets this site apart from a porn site.

NSA/GCHQ have had this kind of tech for decades, not to mention highly intrusive forms of surveillance and monitoring
that most of the public regard as belonging to the realm of science fiction. But yeah, you've raised an interesting
point...what will happen to this forum when this kind of technology becomes mainstream?

Machine learning isn't a panacea, I think the amount of effort involved to 1) create a voiceprint (tons of source material, samples, neural network training time) and 2) apply it to a good enough sample of audio to be suitable for classification would be prohibitive for anything but the most major of court cases or intelligence matters. I'm sure it'll get more trivial later, but as long as we're all nobodies recording nobodies having sex, then ideally everyone will stay nobodies. The flip side: voice synthesis is getting a lot better too, so there's your plausible deniability!

I'm sure the NSA, the Chinese and every other bugger will be wanting to find out who had sex and when
Really I don't think you have anything to worry about unless sex becomes illegal and although they are more freaked out about sex than murder I don't think sex will become illegal anytime soon......
