Sex sounds and sexual energy meditation

Since June 2015, I practice a meditation technique that brings me greater sexual pleasure and greatly enriches my life. Therefore, I would like to share it with you, because it can be practiced well in the forum here. I learned them from a book by Mantak Chia: „Tao Yoga of Love". It is possible as a man and a woman, in single mode or as a couple together, to direct their own sexual energy from the pelvic region into the body. The sexual energy flows first to the coccyx, then up the spine until it finally reaches the head. This feels very refreshing and ecstatic, as if you were directing the orgasm energy into the upper part of the body. The sexual energy is not lost in the outside, as is the case with ejaculation, but it nourishes the whole body and animates it, because it is pulled inwards into the body.
