Downloads "drops". If a file is 4,5 MB for example I'll often get a smaller
piece about 2 MB or less. So, each time I download I have to check the
filesize first to be sure the file is complete. When many files it's torture

Until here the downloading problem was common at some english sites
and after the forum was changed the problem have started here too.
Before the forum was changed I never had this problem.

Why is it like that?

No, i think this problem if it existed was some years ago.
