For me too – plus if you click on the file in preview mode on my mac the name of the clip changes to: "meine Freundin lässt sich im Hotel fremd ficken".
Now if you do a google search and only change the letter h to m in the word "hotel = motel"- this leads to an amateur video, where he is partly filming POV, which explains to me his dity talk... and its the video to this recording:
