As I said in another post, my roommate's sexfriend came over for dinner on Saturday night (a very nice guy by the way). They then went to the bedroom but, as I feared, the sound is much worse with the doors closed. And she is much less expressive when we are present ... :/
Unfortunately, we don't hear much. At one point, I'm almost sure I heard an "oh yes, put it like that" (Oh oui, mets la comme ça), but I couldn't hear it on the recording ...
I hope you will derive some satisfaction from it anyway.

This is the type of recording I love. I love it when you hear the distance. It doesn’t do it for me when it’s clear. I LOVE this.

If you feel frustrated by the quality, I suggest, if the flat disposition allows it, you get a recorder and try to hide it in her room at some point in the night (for example pretend to gobto the toilet). The USB ones are really small and can record for hours. Then you can pick it up at a convenient time.
