Best Microfon for longer distance recordings

,
im hearing my neighbours regulary having sex . So if i have the correct recording software you will be getting regulary great recordings from them.
My problem is that i record evrything with my mobile phone and the sounds are arrounf 50 meters far away.
Here is my current setup:
Handy Microfon with video recorder running.
Inner House with lots of windows inside so if the window is open and they are loud enough ...
they are realy loud... i can hear them
But the sound is very quit sometimes.. even in reality. Is there some Spy setup to go for the hunt of good sex sounds?
