Can't access the general archive

Everytime I get a message saying it's inaccessible even after entering my username and password. I am a registered user otherwise I wouldn't be able to make this post, lol. Does anyone have any ideas? I'm mostly using my phone when accessing the site. Do you think this has something to do with it?
