Yes it was me who asked him for the files privately..Why is it dodgy? People exchange files privately all the time. It is not by any means endangering this community.

The reason why i was not sure if hecatonchires should upload them here was because they been removed from LVJ.. i dont mind them republished here if LVJ hadnt removed them there and hecatonchires did bring up a valuable point on whether he could upload them here as he didnt want to endanger this community either...hence the reason why " it wasnt made available to everyone here" as you put it.

Yes, that's the point. If people on LVJ cancelled their files it's certainly for a reason. I download these files but they don't belong to me and come from another site. I'm not sure to have the right to make them available to everybody without permission.
Of course, if a moderator here could confirm there is no legal problem, I would provide the files. Even it seems very procedural, one must be very careful with that.

Although a lot of us would probably enjoy to listen to the cancelled files I'd prefer to respect the decisions of the OPs.
