She (option 1): "Yes, I didn't feel well. Fortunately, it's better now.
You... whatever, the opportunity is lost, but she well stay with a doubt: Did you understand what was going on?

She (option 2): "Yes I felt horny as hell, had to get some relief".
You: "What kind of relief?"
