My mexican neighbor

Hi folks, that's my first post here.
For a bit of context, I live in Mexico and my apartment is the last floor of a 3 floors building.
The rear wall of the building is against the rear wall of another building so we have a source of light that goes from the ground to the ceiling.
It provides light to the bedrooms of each floors that way, that's how the sound reached my apartment.
When I started hearing the action, I grabbed my phone to record. Unfortunately, we hear less than what I did hear last night.
But still, I tried to improve the sound quality.
My neighbor is the guy, and he welcomed a petite latina last time to have a bit of fun.
Let's hope that was the first time of many more.
