Don't pay too much attention to what Stott13 says. The legal risk is low if you follow a few rules (see Rules). But of course, you could still get in trouble with the hotel if they notice what you're doing.

If you live in any U.S. city, you'll see big advertising billboards for various law firms lining every mile of expressway and boulevards. The constant message being delivered is, "Are you ready to sue somebody today?" Compared to Europe, I still respectfully contend that my point about the U.S. compared to Europe is quite legitimate.
