Mary Hanna Mattingly is a married mother of two young children. On Monday March 30, 2026,
Bardstown Police in Kentucky took Mattingly into custody on charges related to allegations she sexually
abused a high school student and sent nude photos to the student. Mattingly is a substitute teacher and

Valerie Cincinelli, a former 12-year veteran of the NYPD, was sentenced to four years in prison in
2021 after being caught in a murder-for-hire plot targeting her estranged husband, Isaiah Carvalho,
and her boyfriend’s daughter. Cincinelli reportedly paid her then-boyfriend, John DiRubba, to hire
a hitman to kill Carvalho as well as DiRubba’s daughter whom she viewed with sheer jealousy.
