When I click on that it It takes me to CCBill CONSUMER SUPPORT and I put all my rigth information but it doesn't work. I think it might be the ID Subscription mistake. Where I can find the ID Subscription? Let me know thank you.

You will find it in the email you received after subscribing but you don't need the subscription ID when cancelling. It says 2 of these 3 information needed and hopefully you know your email address and your credit card number. That would be enough.
