In the archives my friend. I just went there and downloaded all 5 of itachi's files and they're fantastic.
I'd tell you the five alone are worth the cost of one month's access, but you have THOUSANDS of recordings there that are just as amazing.

Best of is very personal and there are a few postings where personal best ofs are mentioned (like the one you quoted), but the most liked sounds you can find in the forum (on the start page and for each category) where it makes much more sense because of the huge number of visitors here compared to the archives.
