Mandaly Bay, Las Vegas

Post by jimbob3 »

About 3 years ago a buddy of mine was getting married and wanted to have his bachelor party over a weekend in Vegas. There were 7 of us invited. We all got rooms at Mandalay Bay just to have a central location to meet before going out for the fun. Yes, there was lots of drinking, but it wasn't like The Hangover, or any stupidity like that...lol.

I got there about 3pm so I went up to my room to unpack and clean up a bit. I still had an hour or so before I was expecting anyone else to show up. Turns out that my room was a connector with another room. Sweet! I also saw that the door had about an inch or so of gap at the bottom... Not enough to see under, but plenty of space to hear through. After awhile, I started to get changed for the evening and I heard someone come in the room next door. Immediately I went to the joining door and listened.... a couple! Not only that, they seemed to be just like my wife and I... we hit the bed within minutes of getting to our room when we're on vacation...lol.

So I lay on the floor with my head right near the gap on the door and proceed to listen to them get hot and heavy. As far as I could tell, they felt each other up a little but, but mostly went straight to fucking. I'm laying on the floor, they're moaning and I can clearly hear their skin slapping together... I decide to unzip and enjoy the show to it's fullest potential. : )

The sound was as if we were in the same room.

Within a couple minutes, I've got a pretty good grip and pace going, and I doubt I'll last much longer. It sounds like they're nearing the end as well, her moans and cries are getting louder and.............My cell phone rings. Loudly. Right next to their door.

They stop and go completely silent as I fumble around trying to get my phone out of my pocket, which is bunched up around my legs... I think it rang 5 times before I got to it. It felt like 25...lol. I tried to get as far away from the door as I could before I answered it, and I'm certain that the couple next door just as clearly heard the panicked scuffle and hushed tone as I answered it. It's one of my buddies letting me know that he just got in. As I'm sitting in the chair (with my pants still down!) trying to hold a normal conversation, I'm looking at the gap in the joining door. The light from their room changes as a shadow stops in front of the door. I got nervous, expecting an angry pounding on the door... Nothing. The shadow moved away after a few moments.

I got of the phone (and zipped up) and tried like hell to calm down. I turned on the TV for noise, washed my face, expected a call from the hotel manager, etc... Nothing. I heard the couple leave a few minutes before I was supposed to, so I went to my front door and looked out the peephole. They were an older couple, average in every way, wheeling their suitcases behind them.

I have no idea if they ever complained, if they switched rooms because of the creeper next door, or if I just caught them on their last fuck of their vacation and they were heading home anyway.

Lesson learned? Always switch my phone to vibrate before I try to listen in on someone...lol. :D

Great story and a funny ending - not always easy to silence the phone when you need to - I have experienced that in business meetings, but not in a situation like this - hope you do better next time!!

I set my phone on vibrate and put it on top of a wash cloth so when it does go bonkers, it won't give me away. I forgot that twice but both times nothing was happening (I was the only one at that motel both times, damn it!).

Ouch!,, But that is funny. One more thing to add to the list, put the phone on vibrate or turn it off.

BTW, if you ever get stuck in that position again you have a few options. You have to remember that they can not see you. If you had been quiet before the phone rang you could have just let it ring and go to VM. They don't know you are there. Unless you have a musical ring tone they don't know that it was not the hotel phone and not your cell.

If you think they may have heard you before you answered, you can always fane being asleep. Oh, sorry it took so long to get to the phone. I just got up and I was a bit disoriented....

As long as you are behind locked doors you have a lot of leeway.
