I did experiments with that kind of subliminal sound mixing and did exactly what you descibed. I mixed moaning sounds in normal paop songs in order to stimulate my whife to get horny. However, either the moaning was to loud and was audible or there was no effect. I also downloaded "hypno" songs having moaning sounds embedded made for subliminally arousing females. And those files did not work either for me.
From what I remember, I thought the idea was that it should only be very short passages mixed in occasionally rather than an entire thrashing orgasm, and it should be mixed in to relaxing / romantic moody music as opposed to pop or hypno stuff.
It has to work at a subconscious level so that suggestions of sexual pleasure filter into her mind without it being too obvious.

To give my take on the original question though... I reckon it's a no pretty much. Everything I've done with music so far (this is production in general, not sex related, but I think it still applies) leads me to believe that if this was going to work, it'd need to be very subtle, but also rhythmical/musical to the point where it could sit under a passage for a hella long time and sink in. I doubt the one moan or slap or whatever being shoved in there and repeated in time would do the trick, it'd need variation, some sort of build up etc. In other words, it's for more patient people than myself lol.
