Last weeks hotel

Hi All,
Last week I've been traveling fro work a bit. In the first hotel where I had great hearing was nothing happening. Well I have missed potentially two ones.

However in unplanned stay in nearly deserted hotel .... I had couple next door, and 2 or 3 on the other floor.

Firstly Black guy and white girl...
have not seen them at all, they have been very, very chatty and giggly. They kept me awake till 2am and woke me up at 7.

Unfortunately battery has died in the recorder and I missed best part of it (morning and late night).

In the morning there was a BJ or hand play for the guy:

While going to my room (late arrival) I've heard a way too loud music. That was a good sign I though (as well other chatting across the corridor rooms).
It was a German couple in theirs mid twenties, she was very skinny and quite tall, the guy was slim and tall to.
They were talking and talking (with loud electronic music) for ages music came down a bit about midnight and became more in the mood.
I could hear them kissing till that happen:

Finally,
While going to the room I overheard them, came back to deploy the toys, and the action was going on already.

On that one you can overhear the German couple passing by at the end.

The hotel was perfect for the hobby. There is a lot of conferences, weddings there.
(north London) no cameras, quiet floors, doors not too sound proof. 2 staircases and free floors.

Place that I would love to try sound proofing with a right women...

Damn, some people have all the luck! When I traveled for business they used to put me up in places that were like all men. Honestly, in the industrial part of town and all guys. And now that I travel for leisure I stay in less expensive places and the picking should be better but either they put me next to the stairwell, the elevator, or the vending machines so there is nasty noise all night. And it does not help that I hate paying for a stop on my own dime so usually by the time I give in, it is like 3:30AM and I am really drop dead tired and pass out as soon as I hit the bed. Anyway, great job!

Hi,
I enhance (not to say pimp up) the recordings by removing the noise, clicks etc and normalization + volume increase.
I would recommend starting a thread or even whole section divided by the regions in the world where are the best spots for recording, security over view, exec. rooms location etc

I have customized the recorders and I like them attached to the door frames. Hence the audio is better. But it is a trade off.
