Were you in Stoke HI last Tuesday?

Hi,

Just wondering if two of us might have been in the same hotel at the same time?

Stoke-on-Trent Holiday Inn Express last Tuesday evening, 7th March, between 9.00 and 11.00 pm, I wondered around the corridors three times and on each occasion walked past the same chap in different parts of the hotel. On the third meeting he was loitering outside a room where I'd already sussed a young couple was spending the night and had planted a USB mic. He quickly moved away when I arrived but to be honest, I'm not sure if it was him or me who was more concerned.

After the third encounter I went back to my room and stayed there for the night. I was concerned he might have picked-up my mic but it was still there the next morning. Although the recording was clear there was no action.

So, just wondering, did I exchange embarrassed glances with one of you guys earlier this week?
