I would stand there as long as their is no cameras watching but it does take someone with guts to stand there and record people having sex as the hotels I've stayed at in the past would make you really nervous as the thought of people and Security guards coming down the halls makes it hard to record it but you my sir you are brave to stand there while recording such great noises.

I've just listened to this full recording and the first part (which you are referring to) is a different recording I posted in the neighbours section. Someone has spliced all the recordings together

The rest of it is from the hotel room, though I haven't checked the recording in full.

I'm am surprised by this new corridor recording, I remember it to be dull and less fulfilling than it is.

That's great thing about these corridor captures. You can revisit them months later........ and by using extreme equalization, filtering and a great set of headphones, you'll hear fun stuff for the first time that you've never caught before!
