Transmitting devices

Hiya

Does anyone know if theres are any bugging devices around..like thise that can transmit sounds over short distances.

I live in a set of units and about a mth ago a hot couple moved in there. Theyre renters. The problem is my units are too exposed and the common driveway is too exposed which the only way to reach their unit .

So was wondering if there were any devices i could plant like on their wall near their bedroom that can transmit to my mobile phone or something..like a bugging device basically
