So I put this in this forum because it did come from an apartment nearby. However, it was also recorded from outside. I’m honestly not 100% sure what exactly is going on but I know this apartment is rented by a couple pipeliners. This MIGHT be homosexual, phone sex or no sex. Take a listen and tell me what you think.
There is a spoken phrase at right around the 3 minute that mark that made me think something is going on. Tell me if you hear the same thing I do.
