Rhythmic creaking in the late evening

Once, late in the evening, as I was leaving my apartment, I noticed a creak behind my neighbor's door.
A young family in their late twenties with two babies.
He is 6 feet, slim athletic and she is 5 feet, blonde with long hair, a bit chubby.
I put the recorder on the floor in front of their door.
Another neighbor was not really healthy at the time and had problems with coughing.
