Roommate's new boyfriend

So funny story. My roommate has gotten herself a new boyfriend and they are boning like rabbits. So last night I left my phone recording in the guest room, which is adjacent to hers, figuring I would get a nice recording through the thin walls. I woke up in the middle of the night and went to find my phone, but to my surprise the door was shut and the whole area smelled like puke. I opened the door stealthily and recovered my phone and went right back to my room to listen to the recording. it's long and don't know how to cut out the boring parts so I've uploaded the whole thing. You can actually hear the whole story: someone starts puking so they have to leave the room and end up in the guest room. She's not much of a moaner but since the phone was right next to them it almost feels like your right beside them.

Fun part starts 1 hour and 40 minutes in and ends at the 2:10 mark.

The second clip was in the morning, they left the door ajar and you could hear them all over the apartment.

I take it the "guest room" is a common room that you are also allowed to use?
