Great of you to share it, but sadly the file seems corrupt. I saw the request by characterchris, so thought he might be asking for an mp3. Before I tried to listen I tried to open it in Audition with a view to quickly creating an mp3 version. Audition couldn't open it though and called it a "Code: 65. Error in WAV/W64/RF64 file.malformed 'fmt' chunk." Whatever that is?

I did a 128 kbps conversion into mp3 using WavePad.
Some messages came up during the conversion. Something to do with a DirectX decoder and another decoder.

I recorded it on my phone and edited it using openshot saved as a mp4 file. I went online to try and convert it into a mp3 file but the website did not let me, it would only let me convert it as a wav.

That explains the messages I got during the conversion.
The same thing happened when I converted the file in this upload.
