Is it possible that they are also talking German? At the end, I recognize a lot of German talking (especially a female voice) and also shortly before the 15:00 min mark I heared something like "Du bist dran" (it is your turn now) after she probably climaxed.

Yes, they also talk German to each other. "Du bist dran" was said by her. My mobile phone was put on the floor just in front of their apartment's door. Therefore the sound is that clear. This is a ~20 sqm apartment, so quite everything happens inside you can hear outside
