I've delivered to that hotel a few times (only saw the front lobby).

Yeah, that's how I would describe Britannia's hotels. Stayed in 2 of them, and no way did/would
I have breakfast or any other meals in them. If you stay in the one in Wolverhampton, for example,
I read in the reviews there is a security guard who stops guests bringing in takeaway meals bought
outside the hotel.
If you think of them as budget hotels and not expect too much, then they're OK, I suppose.
But that one in Birmingham...that's another 'Grenfell' disaster waiting to happen, since they
allow smoking on the top floor...or top two floors, I think. Not that that makes any difference,
because I could see youngsters smoking inside even the non-smoking rooms whenever I looked
across the courtyard from my room. Oh, and at night I could hear a scatty street hooker (obviously)
taking it up the arse in the small alleyway next to the hotel building.
