Finally I could have a decent record about my downstairs neighbors ! I never saw them but every weekend it's sex time and she is very vocal, I can hear her from my appartment like she's in the same room as me.

I use my phone to record, blocked between the door from the floor and the stairs, everyone in her floor can hear her so easily
