Let's hope the surviving hotels have thin walls. That said, fear not the industry will rebuild in the coming years and symphonies of pleasure will be heard (and recorded) again before we know it ☺️
Only thing I don't like about the new hotels is you can bet they'll have up to date camera security..
That's the worst. And when they have a security guard walking the halls. Like they're trying to make it impossible to hear some sexy entertainment.

Yea especially places like The Hard Rock they have cameras in every hall on the Guest floors and plus they have Guards that make their rounds so to catch sounds there would be impossible as all these new hotels that are going up have cameras even new apartments have Security Guards and Security cameras that are being monitored 24/7

you forgot about the security camera's at the end of the hall or the security camera's facing the elevators especially in casinos on guest floors
where sex is a hot spot during the evening when people have gone back to their hotel rooms after getting drunk or coming back from a date in an
expensive casino restaurant and having sex in their hotel room which is the best to hear it's just getting lucky to have a room next to that kinda couple but personally I don't get very lucky because I always end up staying next to someone traveling solo or with kids or a boring couple that just goes to sleep and does'nt do anything but " talk "

So Halloween in Los Angeles was a huge bust this year.

There were couples where I stayed - and could have even given some great descriptions. However, I was surprised that there were no Halloween costumes at all that night - I thought there must be private happenings but apparently not. The recordings in areas where I had seen those couples check in picked up some chatter droning down into dead silence.. not even kisses or spankings except from my neighbors - who sounded like they were having a great start, but then cut it short because she complained about vaginal pain. Other devices didn't even have echoes of activities further down the corridors where I planted them.

In spite of Covid, I still had hopes for Halloween, as Los Angeles typically gets really insane. However, the center of that is nearby West Hollywood - which cancelled all events and closed everything down. To add to the despondency, it turned out my hotel is in an area they're predicting election night riots - so everything was in the process of being boarded up. In fact, when I left Sunday morning, the streets were deserted; even the popular outdoor coffee places and cafes were empty.

2020 - Been trying captures off and on since July. Seems like events are harder to capture and when I do, are much less intense than pre-Covid. Maybe I need to travel to Mexico or Arizona? I almost wonder if the lockdown atmosphere here is effecting people's sex drive for the worse in California? The drop in tourists could be a factor as well. Was considering trying San Francisco - my favorite hotel there, but recent videos show the city being almost deserted, and going there for an empty evening at this point would be heartbreaking. I do want to return when the creeps in charge reopen everything and tourists start going there again.

At this rate, I think my next attempt will be New Years Eve locally or in San Diego?

2020 - feels like I'm working more for less..

New Year's Eve - had hoped to maybe try Montreal. However, like NYC, they are locking down several areas and travel from out of the country is still banned. Maybe throw it back into the piggybank for New Year's 2022?

The reports I've seen over the past few months indicate that, people who can afford to, are fleeing
Los Angeles in their droves (and New York). And once the riots start, the city's probably gonna look
like something out of the movie 'Escape From L.A.' - only less glamorous!

Meanwhile, over here, central/inner London looks nothing like before all this lockdown shit started.
Stores and business premises shuttered down or boarded up. A lot of stock from closed down high
street chains are going through the company I work for and back to their storage warehouses.
Keeps me busy, though!

Edit: Oh, and idiots walking around OUTSIDE with those face muzzles on...why??

On the contrary, I'm the most apolitical person on this forum - haven't voted in 30 years. :)

Your above statement is true. However, recent developments have shown - and I provided an example - that
mass 'vaccination' does not necessarily imply an easing of 'restrictions'.
