Upstairs Neighbours

I live in a house flat conversion on the bottom floor, this new guy moved in upstiars and shortly after started brining is GF over. About 2/3 times a week he would have her over and they would just fuck like rabbits all hours of the night. Heres a few recordings of them from the stairs. Both around late 20's. She was skinny and blonde, he was average build. British.

It has been vacant since last Christmas, so all quiet unfortunately! I thought somebody was moving in a few months ago, but it was the Landlord preparing the property for sale. It has been sold for about 5 months now, so I am hopeful somebody will be there soon. I would prefer renters as there is more chance of hearing varied action.

I will definitely be posting if I hear anything!

I am hoping the lesbian couple are buying it, but that is unlikely.

I think the good thing with renters is

1. They might be more likely to skew younger if they are privately renting
2. Potential turnover and new sounds. I had two separate couples in the flat below while I have been in my flat.

Saying that, point 1 might not really be accurate nowadays. People across the board might be privately renting.
