The voice or the looks?
some years ago I was staying in a hotel in Greece. My gf was asleep and I was on the balcony late at night when I heard the couple on the other side of the balcony divider. I won't bother you with the details of the sex now, but it was really exciting listening in. The next morning I saw them both and she was quite repulsive to me. It put me off bothering to go and listen to them again. Sorry if I sound shallow, but I want to be honest.
How much do looks matter to you when it's just the sound? If you knew the girl was really unattractive would it lessen the enjoyment of listening?

Looks matter, if a chick is ugly I don't enjoy listening to her at all. The woman who used to live above me was in her late 50s or early 60s and fat, and I would sleep with my radio on just so I wouldn't hear her having sex. And of course, the better looking the woman the more exciting it is to listen.

Re: The voice or the looks?
I haven't actually seen many of the couples I have recorded, so I go for the sound - but I guess it would be even more exciting if it was a very attractive woman I would like to have sex with, but I defenitely go for the sound and that's my main reason for being in this community.

Same for me - if she is "repulsive" I´d rather not know. That is another advantage of sounds against videos as each woman can sound sexy.

Re: The voice or the looks?
Interesting discussion!
When I overhear people, I try to imagine what they look like, should think we all do that. It's very, very unusual that I've guessed accurately. I do find though that even if someone turns out to not really be my type, if she sounded great then I can still fall back on my guesswork version next time I hear the audio.
This gift only stretches so far. In my younger, more foolish days I met someone who I'd only ever spoken to on the phone. It lead to the coining of the phrase "if she's fit on the phone, add 10 stone" by a friend of mine who calls it precisely how he sees it

If the girl is not attractive, I honestly don't even bother switching on my recorder and I just chase to the next room.
I also don't put any time in older people doing the horizontal Mambo.

Very amusing and from the answers so far I guess it's not just me.sc0tt-uk wrote:Interesting discussion!

Re: The voice or the looks?
Well, I don't agree with this sort of mainstream youthism. To me, a beautiful couple is a couple that radiates tenderness, humor and love. This is visible but is also reflected in sounds. It has nothing to do with age.katertjekat wrote:If the girl is not attractive, I honestly don't even bother switching on my recorder and I just chase to the next room.

What I see as ugly, and therefore unpleasant to hear, is sex with brutality, selfishness, no respect for the partner. Sex doesn't sound good, when lie, simulation, power, money are involved. That's why most porn movies have awful sound tracks, just because they are all about these.
Moreover, older people often have better sex, because they learned to care for the others' expectations. They have time and nothing to prove.
Why only the girl? Should girls be afraid of getting older while men have no problem with that? Isn't that an unfair dictatorship on girls?katertjekat wrote:If the girl is not attractive, I honestly don't even bother...
Or is it that men, when getting older, try to prove to themselves that they are not affected by age, by going with girls who could be their daughters?

Re: The voice or the looks?
Alphonse, thanks for a very good posting. I wanted to reply something similar but couldn´t have been as thiughtful as you were.
There are parts that I agree to and parts that I don´t, at least not in total.
You don´t need to be old to have learned this. I know you did not claim the opposite.
I would even go so far as to say that a beautiful girl with a not so beautiful guy is even better for my fantasies. Call me dopey but what comes to my mind is, if she has sex with him, she would take me too. Sounds strange? Sure it is, but this is how my brain works. And hey, I´m still talking about fantasies.
In real life, in a relationship both partners should try to keep their attractiveness for each other of course, whatever they define as attractive.
It is always a bit risky to discuss in a language that is not your mother tongue, at least for me it is. But I hope my reasoning doesn´t sound too silly.

Similar to what I wanted to say. Beauty is not a matter of age, at least not in first place, even if you are eye-minded like me and most of the guys. But to some extent it depends on your own age. I did not think of women over 40 or even 50 as beautiful ladies when I was 20 myself.Well, I don't agree with this sort of mainstream youthism. I´d say this is simple to answer (and I disagree on this point). As a male being, you are usually interested in girls, especially when it comes to fantasies. And fantasies is what listening to sexsounds is all about. So for our fantasies it is more important that the girl is one that you´d like to have sex with yourself. Why only the girl? Should girls be afraid of getting older while men have no problem with that? Isn't that an unfair dictatorship on girls?

This might be true for many men but it is definitely not the whole truth. Says the man who is chatting to a woman 19 years younger and she´s the one who doesn´t want sex partners of her age (not that we are). But she made me think about the pro and cons and there are more than just a young body or to prove that I´m not affected by age.Or is it that men, when getting older, try to prove to themselves that they are not affected by age, by going with girls who could be their daughters?

Re: The voice or the looks?
Yeppie, thanks for your very kind message. I think we are on the same wave length.
But how do we look at the opposite scenario: an older lady having sex with a handsome much younger man? How ready are we to accept that a woman might have the same fantasy: "if he has sex with her, he would also take me"?
I think that many of us are still marked with an understanding of manhood that involves dominance of men over women. All I'm saying is that our fantasies and our real sex lives can only become better if we manage to overcome our deeply rooted sexism and ageism...
A man is a better lover when he is not afraid of losing his manhood by having an equal to equal relationship with his partner.
Well, I understand that such fantasies are flattering our male ego... and I wouldn't pretend that I don't find younger girls attractive!yeppie wrote:I would go so far as to say that a beautiful girl with a not so beautiful guy is even better for my fantasies. Alphonse01, I´m right there with you.
Knowing your age would be interesting. I´m 49.
I don´t see a difference. In fact, I´m glad that more women allow themselves fantasies like this one.alphonse01 wrote:But how do we look at the opposite scenario: an older lady having sex with a handsome much younger man? From my experience, many women are part of this "us". I need neither dominance nor the opposite but I´m not sure wether this behaviour is part of our nature or solely acquired.alphonse01 wrote:I think that many of us are still marked with an understanding of manhood that involves dominance of men over women.

Re: The voice or the looks?
It depends on it according to me whether I can imagine myself with the respective lady. Because if yes, it is develops certain sympathy for her. But if not, her sound will be repulsive to me then.
