the best equipment for recording ?

Well, recorded my neighbours several through wall with my mobile phone, but i'm not quite with the results .
the recording is very different from what i heard with my ears, so what can i do ?
in my recordings there is a lot of schschschsch because of the high level recording input .
and there are sometimes noises like klickklickklick .

try to record them with an usb mic and a laptop, but the results were more bad than with the mobile .

and i think i need an easy program to eliminate the schschschsch .

any help ?

you could try to buy equipment which is speacially designed to penetrate walls, here are some of them:
